Ex-Hamas leader calls for 'Day of Jihad'

The former leader of Hamas called for a "global day of Jihad" on Friday, October 13. Khaled Meshaal called on Muslims to protest in support of Palestinians and for neighboring countries to join the battle against Israel. Officials in New York, Los Angeles and other U.S. cities are ramping up the police presence despite there not being any specific or credible threats.
