Congressman Bowman addresses fire alarm incident

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D) shared a message after pulling a fire alarm in a congressional building on Saturday. Bowman said in a statement he "regrets any confusion over the incident." Congressman Bowman went on to say he did not realize he would trigger the alarm but was not trying to delay any vote.
