Looters rock Philly for second night

Another night of uproar in Philadelphia, after a charged were dropped against former Philly officer Mark Dial has charges dropped against him in the killing of Eddie Irizarry during a traffic stop. The second round of looting began after midnight, mostly targeting retail stores in Northeast Philadelphia. At least one arrest was reported Wednesday night, compared to the 52 people taken into custody for the first night of looting.
