Sheriff warns of dangers during Halloween

The Sheriff of Macon County, Alabama shared his personal and traumatic experience as a child that changed how he felt about Halloween for life. When he was just six years old and at a Halloween fair, a stranger forced him to eat candy laced with LSD, said Andre Brunson, now Sheriff of Macon County, Alabama. He was later rushed to the hospital where doctors said he'd nearly ingested a lethal dose. Now, Brunson is sharing his story to help raise awareness about the dangers surrounding Halloween.
