New tropical cyclone heads to the U.S.

Another named storm is brewing in the U.S. Tropical Storm Warnings are in effect from North Carolina to Delaware as a cyclone develops towards the East Coast, projected to bring strong winds and storm surge. For Football fans this could effect NFL and college games being played in the area.
