Judge orders Texas to remove floating barriers

A Texas judge has ordered the state to get rid of a wrecking-ball sized buoys on the Rio Grande. Gov. Greg Abbott placed the barrier there this summer as the Republicans' attempts to stop migrants from crossing America’s southern border. The state has until Sept. 15 to move the barrier out of the water. LiveNOW from FOX host Michael Pache spoke to an Immigration expert to breakdown it all down.
