Judge orders Texas to remove floating barriers

A Texas judge has ordered the state to get rid of a wrecking-ball sized buoys on the Rio Grande. Gov. Greg Abbott placed the barrier there this summer as the Republicans' attempts to stop migrants from crossing America’s southern border.
