Retired police sergeant targeted estranged wife

New details are emerging after four people were killed and six others were injured, two critically, after gunshots rang out at a popular bar in Orange County. The gunman was identified by authorities as 59-year-old John Snowling. The Orange County DA’s office confirmed he was a retired Ventura Police Department sergeant who was targeting his estranged wife. Snowling was among the four killed.
