Amazing bulldozer rescue in Palm Springs area

Tropical Storm Hilary left behind path of destruction in Southern California. One of the hardest hit areas was the Palm Springs area in the Coachella Valley. The cities of La Quinta, Palm Desert, Palm Springs and the county of Riverside proclaimed local emergencies.
