Record rainfall, flooding shuts down freeway

Storm Hilary slammed Southern California over the weekend. It was the first tropical storm to hit the area in more than 80 years. Hilary unleashed record-breaking rains, flooding streets and freeways, shutting down the interstate-10 in Thousand Palms, CA.
