Former President Trump is facing additional charges in the Justice Department's classified documents investigation as he waits for a potential indictment in the Jan. 6 probe. A grand jury returned a superseding indictment in the Southern District of Florida, adding another defendant and four charges to the prior indictment. The latest defendant is a maintenance man at the Trump estate in Palm Beach, 56-year-old Carlos De Oliveira.
