Marine veteran Daniel Penny to be arraigned in subway chokehold death

Ex-marine, Daniel Penny is expected to be in court Wednesday for criminal charges. Penny is accused of putting Jordan Neely in a deadly chokehold on a subway in May. The 24-year-old was indicted by a grand jury in connection with Neely’s death back on June 14.
