Titanic sub: Former FBI diver on implosion

The U.S. Coast Guard said the Titan submersible imploded while traveling to the wreckage of the Titanic, killing all five people onboard. Bobby Chacon, a former dive team leader for the FBI joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the implosion and the recovery efforts.
