Border Crisis: Texas stops illegal crossings

Texas Governor Greg Abbott spoke Friday at the border in Brownsville and said the state has worked to stop illegal crossings. Abbott told he reporters he will work to make illegal border crossings a felony and that people helping to smuggle people over the border will get a 10 year prison sentence.
