Montana enacts complete ban on TikTok

Montana has become the first state to effectively ban TikTok completely with the governor signing a measure that goes into effect on Jan. 1. Brian Haugli, the CEO of Sidechannel joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the ban and how it would work.
