Pentagon leak: Judge postpones decision on whether to keep Jack Teixeira in custody

A federal judge did not make an immediate ruling Thursday on whether the Massachusetts airman accused of leaking classified documents would stay in custody pending trial. Jack Teixeira was taken into custody earlier this month and charged under the Espionage Act. Mark Chutkow, a former federal prosecutor joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the case.
