Nashville Councilmember speaks on deadly school shooting

A 28-year-old opened fire inside a Christian elementary school in Nashville on Monday, killing three, 9-year-old students and three staff members. Russ Pulley is the councilmember for that portion of Nashville where the shooting happened. He joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to talk about what happened.
