Erie County, NY executive provides update on snowstorm

A 'historic' snowstorm dumped six feet of snow in some parts of western New York, bringing cities and towns to a standstill. Mark Poloncarz, the Erie County executive, spoke with LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to provide an update on efforts to get the Buffalo area back to normal.
