UVA shooting victim was asleep when killed on school bus, prosecutor says

The prosecutor in the fatal shooting of three University of Virginia football players confirmed that during suspect Christopher Darnell Jones Jr's first court appearance, he told the judge that a witness said one of the players was asleep when he was fatally shot on the bus headed back to campus. Jones is charged with three counts of second-degree murder and has not yet entered a plea.
