St. Louis school shooting: 3 dead including suspect killed by police

Two people were killed and seven others injured by an armed suspect in a shooting at a St. Louis, Missouri, high school, authorities said. The suspect was shot and killed by police inside the school. The two deceased victims, one adult and one teen, were not immediately identified.
