Highland Park suspect debated 2nd shooting after escape, obsessed with numbers 4 & 7: Police

The suspect in the Highland Park mass shooting was debating whether to commit a second shooting after he escaped from the parade scene, police said. Robert Crimo had driven away from the scene and while driving in nearby Madison, Wisconsin, saw a celebration going on and debated whether to take the gun inside his car and commit another mass shooting. Crimo, who police said is obsessed with the numbers 4 and 7, allegedly wore makeup to cover his face tattoos during the shooting.
