Brooklyn subway shooting: New developments

Police are frantically searching for Frank James, the person of interest wanted in connection with the subway shooting in Brooklyn on Tuesday. James, who has not been named a suspect, rented a U-Haul truck in Philadelphia that was found near the shooting scene -- the keys to that truck & the credit card used to purchase the truck were found with the shooter's items on the subway car. Police have not called James the shooter but are searching for him.
