Supreme Court nominee confronted with claims of light sentences for child porn offenders

Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee for day 2 of her confirmation hearing. During questioning from committee chairman Sen. Dick Durbin, Brown Jackson addressed claims from Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley that she gave light sentences to certain child pornography offenders, a claim she vehemently denied. Durbin also noted a fact check on Hawley's claims proved his statements to be inaccurate.
