Russia-Ukraine Putin nuclear threats lead US to examine alert level

Russia's invasion of Ukraine has been met with swift response from countries across the world, with many calling for Russian President Vladimir Putin to be convicted of war crimes. U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken told reporters that the U.S. was forced to examine it's alert level based on comments from Putin about his country's nuclear arsenal.
