Biden 'no plans' to talk with Putin despite Russia escalation

President Joe Biden expects Russia to invade Ukraine within the next "several days" as U.S. officials are seeing more signs of escalation at the border. The president also said he has no plans to speak with Russian President Vladimir Putin and accused Russia of running a false flag operation.
