10 hurt in Pittsburgh bridge collapse: Biden to visit site

President Joe Biden will visit the site of the Pittsburgh bridge collapse this morning in Frick Park that has left at least 10 people hurt. The president was already scheduled to speak in the area about his infrastructure plan.
