Preteens vaxed without parents permission under new bill

A new proposed bill in California would allow preteens to get vaccines without parental permission. The bill argues that children ages 12 and up are allowed to make their own decisions when it comes to vaccines. The bill would lift the parental requirement for any vaccine that has been approved by the FDA and CDC.
