Waukesha Christmas parade tragedy update: New details revealed in court

Darrell Brooks, the suspect in the Christmas parade tragedy in Waukesha, Wisconsin, appeared in court for a preliminary hearing where prosecutors detailed Brooks' efforts to allegedly run over as many people as possible during the festivities. Brooks is now facing 71 additional charges in connection with the incident, which killed six people and injured at least 60.
