10 campers, 1 counselor missing in deadly TX floods

Officials: 43 dead, including 15 children, in TX

BREAKING: Kerrvillle City Manager, Dalton Rice and Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha confirms at least 43 people are dead in a catastrophic flooding event in the Hill Country area of Texas. Sheriff Larry Leitha said 28 were adults and 15 were children. More than 850 people have been rescued but rescue operations will continue.
