The decomposed remains of the child were reportedly found in the artist’s abandoned Tesla seven months ago. LiveNOW is also speaking with legal analyst Neama Rahmani as police alleged that D4vd killed Celeste Rivas Hernandez to protect his career. 

LiveNOW’s Mike Pache is speaking with TMZ’s Michael Babcock as the singer known as ‘D4vd’ is charged with the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. This comes after the September 2025 discovery of the victim’s body, which police say was found dismembered in the entertainer’s Tesla. Hernandez’s family had reported her missing from her hometown of Lake Elsinore, California, roughly 70 miles southeast of Los Angeles. We are now learning that D4vd pleaded not guilty on Monday to the murder charge. 

LiveNOW’s Andy Mac is speaking with Alexei Koseff, a Staff writer for the San Francisco Chronicle, as Congressman Eric Swalwell announces he is resigning from his seat as representative of California's 14th congressional district. The announcement comes just days after the Chronicle reported on allegations against the sitting Congressman. Reports indicate that the House Ethics Committee had begun an investigation into whether Swalwell engaged in sexual misconduct.

LiveNOW’s Andy Mac is speaking with Joshua Benjamins, a former US Navy diver, as NASA's Artemis II crew prepare to return home on Friday as they conclude a historic 10-day journey around the moon. NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Canadian Space Agency astronaut Jeremy Hansen are working to prepare themselves and the Orion spacecraft for splashdown off the coast of San Diego. 

We are watching as California Attorney General Rob Bonta and the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) announce the takedown of a $267 million healthcare fraud ring in the state. Bonta said during a press conference detailing the operation on Thursday that the investigation culminated with search and arrest warrants executed at 12 locations across Southern California. Known as "Operation Skip Trace," law enforcement reportedly seized $757,000 in cash and two firearms during the raids. 

Earlier today we watched as a man accused of violating a retraining order connected to a domestic violence incident was tracked by the Los Angeles Police Department. SkyFOX was overhead as the suspect drove on side streets through the city. According to our partners at FOX 11 Los Angeles, the suspect at one point was seen getting out of his vehicle in the Lincoln Heights area to grab what appeared to be an alcoholic beverage from his trunk. LiveNOW’s Ryan Schmelz was watching live as the high-speed pursuit suspect was taken into custody in LA on Tuesday.
