A report from Politico says the Harris will make her selection by Tuesday, when she will hold her first joint rally with her choice for vice president in Philadelphia. A Harris campaign aide warned against "reading too much" into the city where the rally is being held, according to Politico's Holly Otterbein and Eugene Daniels.
