After 27 years, the man charged with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur gets a mug shot. 60-year-old Duane Davis was arraigned in Las Vegas and briefly appeared in court. Davis was arrested on September 28th, after his interview, Davis was photographed and booked into the Clark County Detention Center. Davis is scheduled to be arraigned in two weeks, on October 19th. Wisconsin State Capitol Police allege Joshua Pleasnick was carrying a gun and seeking Gov. Tony Evers; police say they arrested him, then he bailed out and returned with an "AK style" rifle, only to be arrested again. Frank James, the man who sprayed a New York City subway car with bullets during rush hour, wounding 10 people and sparking a citywide manhunt, was sentenced to life in prison. He received a life sentence on 10 counts and 10 years for an 11th count. Before the shooting, James, who is Black, posted dozens of videos online under the moniker "Prophet of Doom," ranting about race, violence, his struggles with mental illness and a host of unnamed forces he claimed were out to get him. Disturbing video shows the moment an activist was stabbed to death in front of his girlfriend at a bus stop in Brooklyn, New York. 32-year-old Ryan Carson was waiting with his girlfriend Monday around 4 a.m. when the NYPD said the suspect charged the couple and Carson fell to the ground before being stabbed in the chest three times, with one stab striking his heart, killing him. No arrests have been made, authorities are also looking to question a woman they believe is the suspect's girlfriend. Three Philadelphia police officers were ambushed by gunfire while responding to a shooting Wednesday night in Northeast Philadelphia, authorities said. Investigators say a father and hi son were arguing when the boy's uncle stepped in. Police believe the father shot the uncle inside the home before opening fire on police when they pulled up. Other officers exchanged shots with the gunman, who was killed. Multiple police officers have been shot in the 7500 block of Whitaker Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia, according to law enforcement sources. FOX 29 Philadelphia's Steve Keeley reports that the officers were taken to the hospital. All three officers are in "stable" condition, according to the National Fraternal Order of Police.
