Several injuries prompt recall of high chairs sold on Amazon

Recalled Cosyland Children’s Tower Stool ("COSYLAND" and warning labels are visible along the top rails)

A children’s tower stool has been recalled over concerns that it could collapse or tip over.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, there’s a risk of serious injury or death because a child’s body can fit through the openings on the front and back side, tipping it over, falling or becoming entrapped.
