Cracker Barrel returns to its old logo after backlash

Cracker Barrel announced that it is returning to its old logo following public backlash over the company's rebrand. LiveNOW from FOX's Carel Lajara is joined by FOX 5 Atlanta's Kaitlin Pratt and Tsvetta Kaleynska, RILA Global Consulting Founder & CEO, to discuss the latest.

Cracker Barrel announced on Tuesday it would not remodel its restaurants after recent backlash regarding changes to its restaurant chain.

The company confirmed the news in a press release, stating that it was not going forward with plans to expand its "modern remodel design" it would implement at hundreds of locations.

"If your restaurant hasn’t been remodeled, you don’t need to worry, it won’t be," Cracker Barrel wrote.

The company said they only tested the new design in four of its 660 locations and would not continue with it.

Cracker Barrel continued: "The vintage Americana you love will always be here – the rocking chairs on the porch, our fireplaces and peg games, unique treasures in our gift shop and antiques pulled straight from our warehouse in Lebanon, Tennesseee."
