Crews fight fire at decommissioned power plant in TX

A limited shelter-in-place order was issued for parts of San Leon, TX after an overnight fire at the long-dormant PH Robinson Power Plant. It required response from fire departments across Galveston County and nearby departments from Brazoria County. An old cooler tower at the decommissioned power plant caught fire and collapsed. A second tower also caught fire. Other parts of the dormant plant also collapsed as the morning went on.
