Schumer says Dems will vote 'no' on funding bill

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said Saturday night that Democrats would block the funding bill set for consideration next week if it includes funding for the Department of Homeland Security. Sec. Noem also accused Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz of inciting violence against federal officers. "When you perpetuate violence against a government because of ideological reasons and for reasons to resist and perpetuate violence, that is the definition of domestic terrorism," Noem said during a news conference at FEMA headquarters in Washington, D.C.
