A California man has been arrested after authorities say he pretended to be a member of the security team preparing for President Donald Trump's visit to his Los Angeles-area golf course while possessing illegal weapons in his vehicle and at his home. On Wednesday, Jeanine John Taele was scheduled to appear in federal court on a weapons charge, but the hearing was canceled. According to booking records, he will remain in custody at a downtown Los Angeles jail on state charges and has not yet been transferred to federal custody, a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney's Office reported. Taele was arrested on Sunday at Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes, two days before President Trump's arrival.
