Prosecutors argued Walshe killed Ana and then dismembered her body. Her body was never found. Walshe's attorneys argued that he found his wife suddenly dead on New Year's day, panicked and thus disposed of her body. Walshe has already pleaded guilty to misleading police and improperly removing or concealing a body. The defense rested on Thursday, and jurors are expected to hear closing arguments on Friday.
