Flights resumed as normal after the FAA grounded all flights to and from El Paso on Tuesday night. The bill aims to prevent noncitizens from voting in elections. House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, Whip Tom Emmer, Conference Chairwoman Lisa McClain, Committee on House Administration Chairman Bryan Steil, and Rep.
