Bondi made the comments to reporters at the White House as the Trump administration has pledged to release more files from its sex trafficking investigation of Epstein.

Lawyers and authorities in the criminal cases of Epstein and his former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell told the Associated Press that they hadn't seen and didn't know of a stockpile of videos similar to what Bondi described.
Bondi facing pressure after Epstein release fell short of expectations
Dig deeper:
Attorney General Pam Bondi implied in a FOX News interview in February that Jeffrey Epstein had an alleged "client list" that was sitting on her desk.
But the Associated Press reported that the Department of Justice later distributed binders marked "declassified" to conservative influencers at the White House and it was apparent that the information was in the public domain for a while, and no "client list" was released, and there was no evidence that a list existed.

Bondi later said an FBI "source" told her of the existence of thousands of pages of previously undisclosed documents and ordered the agency to furnish the "full and complete Epstein files," including any videos.
According to the AP, the attorney general was approached in a restaurant by a woman in April. The woman had a hidden camera and asked Bondi about the release of the Epstein files, with Bondi responding that there were tens of thousands of videos with "little kids" and the FBI would review each video.
Conservative activist James O’Keefe, who obtained and shared the hidden-camera video, notified the DOJ of Bondi’s encounter with the woman, the Associated Press noted that Bondi told reporters at the White House: "There are tens of thousands of videos of Epstein with children or child porn."
The situation became more complicated following comments from FBI Director Kash Patel to podcaster Joe Rogan that were opposite of Bondi's claim of Epstein having tens of thousands of videos.
Who was Jeffrey Epstein?
The backstory:
Jeffrey Epstein was a millionaire known for having connections to celebrities, politicians, and billionaires. In 2005, Epstein was accused of paying a 14-year-old girl for sex, and he was arrested a year later following a police investigation.
The Associated Press reported that dozens of other underage girls described similar sexual abuse allegations to authorities, but prosecutors allowed Epstein to plead guilty in 2008 to a charge involving one victim. He served 13 months in a jail work-release program.

In 2024, documents were unsealed as part of a 2015 lawsuit filed against Epstein’s former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell by Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s victims. According to the AP, Guiffre is one of the dozens of women who sued Epstein, saying he abused them at his homes in Florida, New York, the U.S. Virgin Islands and New Mexico.
Federal prosecutors in New York charged Epstein in 2019 with sex trafficking, but he killed himself in jail while awaiting trial. Maxwell was prosecuted for helping recruit his underage victims, and she was convicted in 2021 and is currently serving a 20-year prison term.
