Chevy is recalling 81,177 due to a faulty pedestrian alert sound system.

The National Traffic Safety Administration said in a Dec. 18, 2025 recall letter that under some circumstances, pedestrians might not be able to determine by sound whether an approaching car is speeding up or slowing down, elevating the risk of injury to pedestrians.
