FL officials give update on Kissimmee mayor's arrest

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier joined Chief Financial Officer Blaise Ingoglia and Florida Department of Law Enforcement Commissioner Larry Keefe in Orlando to announce the arrest of Kissimmee Mayor Jackie Espinosa on grand theft and fraud charges following a public corruption investigation.
