LINDSAY CLANCY: Judge signals mistrial is only option

Judge William Sullivan told the prosecution and defense that a mistrial is likely the only option as the jury is again deadlocked after 7 days of deliberations. He signaled he intends to do that but granted the defense an hour to get an emergency stay to prevent it.
