Israeli strikes continue in Gaza a year after ceasefire

Israeli strikes hit the Gaza Strip on Saturday evening following warnings, residents said. Palestinians in Gaza City, Jabaliya and Deir al-Balah said the Israeli military had issued warnings ordering them to flee several blocks. Two of the strikes hit Gaza City. Saturday’s strikes came one year after a ceasefire deal was reached between Israel and Hamas, yet Israel still launches near-daily strikes.
