B-1 bombers pulled amid Iran drone threat
U.S. Air Force bombers stationed in the U.K. have been sent back to their home bases in the United States following a suspected terror plot that U.S. officials say may be connected to Iran and an attempted attack targeting a U.S. military facility last week. Among the aircraft pulled from Royal Air Force Station Fairford in Gloucestershire, England, were about a dozen B-1 bombers, according to a U.S. official who spoke to Fox News. The base is the only European forward operating location for U.S. heavy bombers. LiveNOW’s Mike Pache brings Fox News correspondent Mike Emanuel into the conversation to break down what we know.
