MA Supreme Judicial Court reviewing Clancy defense appeal

The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court is reviewing an appeal to prevent a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy trial. Her defense filed the appeal. The judge said he had to declare a mistrial after the jury again said Friday that it could not reach a unanimous verdict.
