Officials speak on ICE-involved shooting in Austin, TX

On Tuesday, Austin, Texas, law enforcement held a news conference to provide an update as they continue investigating an ICE-involved shooting that occurred Sunday. Multiple federal law enforcement sources told Fox News there is no ICE body camera footage of the encounter in Austin that led an ICE agent to shoot Wilbur Rafael Garces Perez who had a deportation order. Perez survived the shooting and remains in ICE custody.
