Kissimmee, FL Mayor arrested, AG Uthmeier says

Jackie Espinosa, the mayor of Kissimmee, was arrested Wednesday, according to Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier. In a social media post, Uthmeier said Espinosa is facing charges of grand theft and organized scheme to defraud.
