VP Vance campaigns in North Carolina

Vice President JD Vance delivered remarks at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, North Carolina Monday to campaign for Republican Senate nominee Michael Whatley. Whatley faces former Governor Roy Cooper, a Democrat, in the race for the Senate seat that will be vacated by outgoing Senator Thom Tillis, and could play a key role in determining the balance of power in Congress after November's midterm elections.
