Rubio calls for stronger NATO alliance capabilities

Secretary of State Marco Rubio Speaks at Joint Press Conference in Portugal alongside the countries Foreign Minister. During the brief remarks Rubio pointed out the need for NATO alliance to increase their capabilities. "For NATO to matter, NATO has to be strong. For NATO to be strong, its member states need to be strong. For NATO’s member states to be strong, they need to have capabilities."
