Could Trump's new executive order lower grocery prices?

President Trump on Friday signed two executive orders aimed at supporting American cattle ranchers and addressing record-high beef prices. The actions serve partly to pacify domestic meat producers who were angered by a recent administration plan to pause tariffs on foreign beef imports. The order allows ranchers to bypass major meatpacking monopolies and makes it easier for them to process and sell their own meat directly to consumers.
