A New York woman was arrested by the FBI after allegedly planning to bomb the New York State Capitol building. 35-year-old Jessie Bowie has been charged with attempting to provide material support to ISIS. LiveNOW’s Mike Pache discussed details of the arrest with FOX 5 New York’s Lisa Evers.
